1. Use of Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and booking properties.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to property availability.
  • Payment must be completed through the platform for a confirmed reservation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the property owner.
  • Policies will be displayed before booking confirmation.

4. Responsibilities

  • Guests: Responsible for complying with property rules and maintaining the property in good condition.
  • Afristays: Acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners, but is not liable for damages, accidents, or disputes.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use Afristays for fraudulent activities, spamming, or illegal purposes.

6. Changes to Terms

  • Afristays reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
